You said on the news and wrote:
“At least 14 people are now known to have been killed by a deadly outbreak of the E.coli VIRUS in Germany. “
Since when Escherichia coli is a virus?????????
I would expect a better journalism from the euronews…
    Regards,

euronews is by far the best news channel on television. Every 30 minutes and 15 minutes in the morning is fantastic. The quality of reportage is exceptional, objective and pure with very little show of commentators like other news channels.

However the recent introduction of the programme “the Network”, while quality reportage, the American culture of presenting is a disturbing turn for euronews and should be “toned” down.

Please keep euronews “European” that is its strength!!!

Dear viewer, ‘The Network’ has a style of its own and adds a different dimension to euronews output. However, we’re very happy have constructive criticism on what is a new product breaking new ground for the channel. Head of English Service

One of the “urgent” news of last days is the arrest of Ratko Mladich. I’m sure Europeans believe he is guilty regardless of presumption of innocence. is the Haag tribunal going to judge leaders of Kosovans who killed thousands Serbian people like Hashim Thaçi?

I am outraged by the news coverage on euronews tonight. The main advantage of euronews is that it summarizes many news items in a short time period. Tonight the coverage rambled on interminably about the capture of Mladic – ignoring all other news items. If this is the sort of coverage that lies ahead, many viewers will cease to watch euronews.

    Dear euronews
Thank your continued provision of excellent television and web services. I use the web site mainly to practice my language skills and wondered whether there was a specific reason why a full text is not offered with all videos. I find the longer videos which have text particularly useful for practice, however it seems that few of these have full texts available… Furthermore, I really enjoy the perspectives feature shown at weekends, however, this does not seem to be available on your website despite being advertised on the channel as euronews.net/perspectives.
    Thank you

Hello, if your name is Bill Clinton and are president of the United States you have closed circuit television interrogations and get away with it – but if your name is Dominique Strauss-Kahn and are president of the International Monetary Fund you are not allowed to shave, are paraded handcuffed in front of the international press and risk a prison sentence of 75 years or so. Quite hypocritical, isn’t it? Can you take this into account in your news reports? Thank you, Mr. Leushuis

Is Facebook betraying its users? The answer appears to be yes and I ‘m not talking about any flaws in its authentication systems, but the recent change in the way their groups function.

Gone are the discussion boards, often the lifeblood of groups of all kinds. Apparently lost are previous contributions, posts, and the like from members of those groups, including personal notes and stuff. BUT! By searching via Google for the name used by a person in the group, not only can you find access to the discussion boards again, but also the writing and notes of that person. You can easily test this for yourself!

Now how could that occur unless FB gave access for Google to do that? Why would FB grant that access unless they were being paid for it? It is generally known that Google analyses all the data they can get at for stocking in their Data Bases, including the messages of users of Gmail. So presumably the data of FB users is now in those data bases and without their permission. I think this warrants serious investigation by journalists and others more capable than myself.

Just to let you know that I stopped watching your tv channel as it has become the US/ Iraq/ Syria/ Lybia show and it actually rarely reports from Europe. Even the BBC (usually quite Europhobic) showed more of the eathquake than you did.
    Shame.

Dear viewer, The news changes from day to day. Sometimes the bulletins will be dominated by non-European events, as is the case with the ongoing upheaval in the Arab world. But overall we continue to be the channel of reference for coverage of developments in Europe. We are the only international news network with daily programmed output devoted to EU affairs. Head of English Service.
