Should Gaddafi’s clan play a role in the democratic transition in Libya?
Is this a Trick Question?
Leopards do not change their spots but they come from the same Gene Pull.
The Question everybody is waiting to hear an answer to is…
Should Gaddafi’s Clan and all those who have destroyed the lives of Libians and brought the country to the verge of Civil War, be held accountable in the Court of Human Rights?
If a person in any country commits a crime and sometimes it is a thief who has no other option but to steal a loaf of bread, they are a criminal and different countries have different punishements that may seem hostile to the Western World and so why then, is it so difficult for People in Power to also obey the golden rule ´Though shalt not steal? We all know what happens to thiefs no matter what plight they are trying to live from day to day through, but what happens to People in Power, who are also breaking unpaid bread, stolen from the mouths of the taxpayers who built up the Regime and Empire of the Gaddafi’s Clan?
Thought of the day…
When the Gaddafi´s and their Clan where already using democracy in daily Libyians Lives, there was not a revolt against that is demanding democracy.
Why not find a barrel of fresh apples and see how long it takes when dump rotten ones in the barrel for you to turn that barrel into cider, is quicker than waiting on the Gaddafi´s or their Clan to bring Democracy to Libya.
Some one, some where, please wake up and smell the coffee, the beans are bad in Libyia.
Thank you.

Dear euronews,
On 04/04/2011 article about Azerbaijani opposition protests who referred to Azerbaijan as a Central Asian republic. Azerbaijan is part of Europe and is one of the South Caucasian republics. A professional news cable such as euronews should not make such mistakes!

Good day!
I have just noticed unforgivable mistake in this topic – http://ru.euronews.net/2011/04/01/un-and-french-troops-move-foreigners-in-abidjan-to-safety/
there is pointed that “UN and French troops move foreigners in Abidjan to safety”, but in russian version there is Andijan, which is located in Uzbekistan.
It shows your attitude to countries of Central Asia.

Hi,
I downloaded your “No Comment” iPhone App v1.4 and I really like it. In fact I’ve been using it on a daily basis since. Although there is always room for improvement, especially in the graphics design department (too much black!), the overall experience is great.
One thing that is not perfect yet: the movies text descriptions are cut off on an iPhone and there seems to be no way to read the whole thing, so an extra screen (or at least a landscape mode) would be nice here. This way there would also be room for the social functions (share etc.) and a way to access those without having to actually chose to play the movie.
BUT I have to say the App icon is just horrible. It hurts my eyes every time I see it. Seriously. I understand you might be on a tight development budget for a free app, but please consider having a real graphics designer make at least a decent icon for the next version update and don’t let the App programers try to be creative here. I’ll make one for you for free if you let me. As a simple suggestion: since the App title already says “No Comment” just use the big round dot and euronews text logo as shown on the website and used on the in-app preview icons. As a reference the icon of german “Tagesschau” App is a good example for how an App icon can be rather simple, yet visually pleasing.
Thanks, again, for a great app.

Hi..
When following the news, each time you want to go from an information to another, you put this light at the center and you expand it a while… every time I think that it’s an explosion (and we need no more explosion perception):
Is there any possibility PLEASE to change this way when going from an info to another… many of those who I know, had the same idea…
Thanks anyway…

Just compare your reporting on today´s act in Jewish Jerusalem (one woman dead, twenty+ injured) and yesterday´s one in Palestinian Gaza (eight dead, including three children). Shame to unbalanced, biased role of media.

Dear viewer, The bomb attack in Jerusalem was the first of its kind in seven years and that in itself made it a very significant event in international news. To the watching world it represented a major escalation in the recent upsurge in violence between Israel and the Palestinians, and possibly heralded the return of a bombing campaign on Israeli territory. In that context it was entirely legitimate to give it extensive coverage. Before the blast we had been reporting on the spate of attacks and counterattacks along the Israel/Gaza border, and we reported the aftermath, including strikes by Israel on Gaza. Hello there,
Sarcozi took milions of euros from Cadaphy to be elelcted as President!
Why the journalist do not say that openly in the massmedia around the World?
Now Sarcozi does not like to return the money to Cadaphy, that’s why he started the war against Cadaphy!
It is not honest way to atack suveren country like Libya and UN is with Sarcozy!
Why Sarcozy opened a French Emabassy in Bengazhi? The rebels there are Al Kaida bandits! They were sent there as sliping sells and now they are destroying the suveren country Libya! They are not choisen by the Libyan people or by any democratic election!
Therefore, they are unlegimeted Al Kaida killers!
They are not the Libyan people at all!
Sarcozy must be be arested now to be stoped the wae in Libya and send to be send to the International court, first to pay his debt to Cadaphy and second to make an appology to the real Libyan people to whome he owns very big appology for the kiled Libyan people in the war opened by him!

The Libyan Intervention is very costly and I wonder how America can afford to become involved at a time when Congress is working on cutting budgets for needed traditional social programs that help those Americans who need help from their Government the most? My fear is a protracted need for American involvement such as an escalation might bring to The Libyan conflict.

On your weather map (Europe) you show the city of Tripoli north of Beirut and not in Libya.
Would appreciate if you could correct this error.

Dear viewer,
There are two Tripolis. One in Libya, the other in Lebanon. Head of English Service
