BOJ eases lending further

Japan’s central bank has increased the amount of money it is making available for commercial banks to lend.

The hope is that will keep Japan’s economic recovery on track and fight deflation

It also held its interest rate at a super low 0.1 percent.

The bank’s move followed government pressure for action to support the economy, but experts said it will have only limited impact.
