3D fans turn a blind eye to poor eyesight

Next month, it will be Alice in Wonderlands turn for the three dimensional treatment.

As cinema-goers eagerly anticipate the films release, it seems some may be pulling the wool over their eyes.

Experts say millions do not realise they cannot enjoy the 3D experience because they have bad eyesight, while people with a lazy eye do not see it at all.
