World War One soldiers have been reburied with full military honours in France.

These are some of the 250 unknown British and Australian soldiers whose bodies were dumped by the Germans in mass graves in northern France.

The bodies were discovered in 2008 and experts have been working to find out who they are. But the identities of the first to be reburied remain unknown.

The soldiers were killed in July 1916 during the Battle of Fromelles, an area west of Lille.

Experts are continuing to try to identify the remaining bodies before they are reburied later this year.
