In Tel Aviv the Isreali Antiquities Authority says it has discovered the remains of a prehistoric building and several ancient flint tools. The building has three rooms and was built around 8,000 years ago in the Neolithic Period during which humans moved from being nomadic to forming permanent settlements. It is the earliest building ever found in Tel Aviv.
