The French car parts group Faurecia has struck a deal to buy the US firm EMCON technologies. Faurecia says it will fund the deal by issuing 20.9 million new shares. But the company has not revealed how much it is paying for EMCON. French carmaker Peugeot Citroen’s stake in Faurecia will fall, but it will still be the controlling shareholder.
