Christmas No 1 for The Soldiers?

“The Soldiers” are a singing band formed by three soldiers: Major Gary Chilton, Sergeant Richie Maddoakcs, and Lance corporal Ryan Idzi.

They have just released their first album “Coming Home” which was recorded in their free time. (The three have served in Iran and Afghanistan.)

Titles covered on the album incude “A Little Help from My Friends”, “He Ain’t heavy He’s My Brother”, “Tears in Heaven”, and the title track “Coming Home”.

Proceeds from the sale of the album will go to The Army Benevolent Fund, Help for Heroes, and the Royal British legion.

The single and the album “Coming Home” are available for download, and for purchase in the shops now.
