Electrolux, the world’s second biggest home appliances maker has doubled its operating profit.
Net profit for between July and September was up 93% from the same period of the previous year.
The Swedish company said that cost savings and reduced prices of raw materials had both helped to improve profitability.
It added that raising prices and an improved product mix had also contributed.
