Todt elected head of motor sport’s FIA

Jean Todt has been elected as the new president of motor sport’s ruling body, the FIA.

Frenchman Todt has previously been the head of Peugeot’s rally and endurance teams as well as director of Ferrari Formula One. He will succeed Max Mosley at the top of the FIA after beating rival candidate, Finnish former rally driver Ari Vatanen.More about: ,
