EU is seeking for Council President

After the Irish ‘Yes’ on the Lisbon Treaty, the European Union is creeping closer to having a stable Council President. Former British prime minister Tony Blair is the favourite for the job, but with the Czech president holding up the ratification process there is still time for challengers to emerge.
