Swiss pharmaceutical company Roche enjoyed an almost 10 percent rise in third-quarter sales thanks to better than expected demand for Tamiflu which is being bought by governments to treat the H1N1 strain of flu.
Total sales hit 8.2 billion euros helped by its strong position in anti-cancer drugs.
Roche has raised its full-year forecast for both overall drug sales and those of Tamiflu.
