The Turkish prime minister has appeared to impose thinly-veiled conditions on the normalisation of ties agreed yesterday with Armenia.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the deal signed yesterday would stand more chance of being approved by parliament if Armenia renounced its claim to the Nagorno Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
