Air passengers’ rights in Europe: late planes mean the airline has to feed you, cancelled flights, they have to pay you. Those are the rules, but you’re trip might still be wrecked, and critics say airline companies find ways to wriggle out of their obligations legally. MEPs are working on improvements.
