Ireland’s Minister for European Affairs is a man with a mission. Dick Roche has to encourage Irish voters to say ‘yes’ in the upcoming second referendum on the Lisbon Treaty.

Dick Roche spoke to euronews, and admitted he won’t relax until the vote is over.
