Michael Jackson was killed by a lethal injection of a powerful anaesthetic, and his doctor could now face homicide charges.

Those are the findings of an investigation into the death of Jackson in June when the singer was just 50 years old. According to court documents released last night Jackson was an insomniac and one of his doctors Conrad Murray prescribed Propofol. Dr Murray attended Jackson’s home on June 25th and administered the drug. The singer went to sleep, but then he stopped breathing and died of a heart attack. Investigators are trying to establish if there is a case for manslaughter against Dr Murray, based on medical negligence. The Los Angeles Coroner’s office has not published its findings regarding the singer’s death. It has also declined to comment on reports an unnamed police source says the coroner has ruled Jackson’s death was a homicide. Michael Jackson was never far from controversy when he was alive. Now after his death the twists in his story are still causing a sensation.More about: , ,
