Lois Greenfield’s legendary dance photography is sharp, her lighting sculptural and her images almost unreal. So it’s not perhaps surprising that as part of a workshop organised by Norwegian photographer Thomas Morel, she organised a photo shoot of some of the dancers from the Norwegian Opera Ballet on Europe’s largest glacier, in Norway.
Lois Greenfield got into dance photography when as a freelancer in Boston, she was sent to shoot some pictures of a dress rehearsal for a small publication.
