Mixed news from French carmaker Renault.
Vehicle sales were down 16.5 percent in the first half of the year – similar to the overall market fall.
But Renault said its market share edged up and it achieved “significantly positive free cash flow.”
The figures would have been worse but for an increase of almost 23 percent in sales of vehicles by the company’s Romanian based low-cost Dacia brand.
