Porsche VW merger ‘not agreed’

The families that own Porsche have not yet agreed on a strategy to cut the sports car maker’s massive debt and merge with Volkswagen.

That is according to Porsche’s deputy chairman Uwe Hueck who dismissed media reports that the Porsche and Piech families had finally settled a power struggle over Porsche’s fate. Hueck says both families have promised him they would make no decision before consulting Porsche’s supervisory board.More about: ,
