High hopes pinned on “green jobs”

As people try to find ways to beat the financial crisis, some are pointing towards a low-carbon economy. Despite the global downturn, the European Union’s environmental goods and services sector is buoyant. Green jobs may not be able to solve unemployment, but they can help build a more sustainable future.
