The intergovernmental treaty backing the Nabucco natural gas pipeline from the Caspian sea to Europe will be signed in Ankara on July 12th.
The news means the project could start deliveries to consumers as early as 2014 if the six-nation consortium avoids the delays and infighting that has held development back until now.
