We are into 2009’s second half but the economic figures show there is still no reliable sign of recovery in Europe.
After two months of recovery the dominant services sector shrank in June, but despite that backward step business optimism hit a two-year high as measured by the Eurozone purchasing Manager’s Index. Contraction is expected to slow in the second half after peaking in February.
