‘Antichrist’, the latest film from Danish writer and director Lars Von Trier (‘Manderlay,’ ‘The Idiots’ and ‘Dogville’) is releasing in Europe now. The film, which was in competition at this year Cannes Film Festival, tells the story of a couple who after retreating to their cabin in the woods to grieve the death of their child, begin to experience some unlikely and strange occurrences.
Actress Charlotte Gainsbourg, who went on to win best-actress honour at Cannes for her role in ‘Antichrist,’ says it’s one of the most thrilling roles she’s undertaken.
