EU builds the rule of law in Kosovo

The rule of law holds sway throughout Europe, and all its people can expect it. Beyond the EU’s frontiers, in Kosovo, EULEX, the European Rule of Law mission, is helping lay the foundations of a stable society for all, and bring police, justice and customs services up to EU standards. Brussels believes it’s the key to a democratic multi-ethnic society. Reporter visits Kosovo.
