The economic crisis seems to be bringing out the daredevil in German advertisers. Those taking a stroll down one of Berlin’s main shopping streets are in for a big surprise.

The Chancellor is adorning a huge advertising billboard depicted in nothing but her underwear. She is joined by other politicians. The lingerie advert has certainly become a talking point.
