The 24th International Dance Festival in Madrid presents 80 different shows from 12 different countries worldwide. With 22,000 visitors last year, the Festival has become a major cultural event.

This year the Festival is enjoying a new performance space, the “Teatros del Canal”. This huge new arts complex contains two theatres, and a choreography facility. Spanish dance company “Arrieritos” had the privilege of testing the new rehearsal studios. Founded in 1996, the company has already forged a reputation on the international circuit for their fusion of flamenco and other different musical and choreographic styles. The festival continues until 3rd May.More about: ,
