Ten years after the bombing and relations remain tense between Belgrade and Pristina.
At the United Nations yesterday Kosovo accused Serbia of encouraging crime in its northern regions.
Belgrade totally rejects any notion of Kosovo’s independence, unilaterally declared in February last year.
Many European Union countries and the US are among more than 50 nations that recognise a separate Kosovo.
