Euro zone inflation rebounds

Higher gas and electricity costs help cause a rebound in euro zone inflation in February.

The European Union statistics office, Eurostat, confirmed its earlier estimate and said prices rose 0.4 percent month-on-month and were up 1.2 percent year-on-year. As well as energy food was also more expensive in the 16 countries using the euro. However economists believe prices will fall in March and say the ECB is likely to cut interest rates again in April.More about: ,
