The 22nd A Vaulx Jazz Festival runs from 10th to 22nd March 2009.
As well as jazz, blues, and French chanson the festival also features rock and folk.
American drummer Sangoma Everetts is from Detroit but now lives in France and is continuing his project “Broken Down Scooter” (Scooter en Panne) which he started two years ago with blues guitarist and electrojazz musician Carl Craig.
Swiss Duo Stimmhorn are also performing.
