The world’s largest wetland – the Pantanal in Brazil – is in danger of disappearing according to environmentalists, the victim of deforestation, increased agriculture and the advance of industry. Experts say around 20 percent of the native vegetation has gone already, and unless things change, the home to the greatest concentration of wildlife in the Americas will be gone completely in 45 years.
