A man has been arrested after a knife attack at a creche in Belgium that left two children and one adult dead. It happened in the small town of Dendermonde, 30 kilometres northwest of the capital, Brussels. Initial media reports spoke of five fatalities. Eyewitnesses said a man armed with a knife burst into the creche with striped black and white make-up disguising his face. Between 10 and 20 other people were injured in the incident.
