BMW has announced that its global sales plunged by a quarter for the month of November. It is a sign that even the most well-heeled consumers are feeling the pinch of the economic crisis. BMW sold 96,500 units last month, more than 25 percent fewer than last November. For the whole year so far global sales are down, but by less than two percent.
