Swiss borrowing cost cut again

The Swiss National Bank has made a surprise one percent cut in interest rates. The cut was the third within a month and the Swiss Central Bank said it was taking action because there was a higher risk of a marked slowdown in economic activity in Switzerland next year. The Swiss franc tumbling to its lowest against the dollar since August last year and shares on the Zurich exchange were boosted.
