McCain stays focused despite poor polls

Wrapping up his campaign, John McCain swept across battleground states, hitting seven of them in 22 hours in a last-ditch marathon.

He may be trailing in the polls but the Arizona senator is hoping to pull off a historic upset.

With both candidates running on adrenaline, each one intends to take their pitches for the presidency up to the wire.

John McCain told his supporters, “My friends, we need to win New Mexico tomorrow…with your help we will win. get your neighbours to the poll… I need your vote, I need to bring real change to Washington.”
