Corporal punishment: To smack or not to smack?

When it comes to raising children, parents set the rules and the punishments. But there are laws on what a parent can do to discipline a naughty child. This week’s Europeans visits the UK, where light smacking is still allowed, to look at efforts to wipe the practice out completely.
