Archaeologists in Jordan have unearthed what they believe to be the first ever Christian church, possibly dating back to 33 AD. It is in a cave under the Saint Georgeous church in Rihab, itself thought to be among the world’s oldest places of Christian worship. But some experts are cautious about the claim calling for clearer evidence of the site’s age.
