Solar energy is not just for sunny countries. This is what the tiny Danish island of Aero is determined to prove by hosting the world’s largest solar thermal plant. And in Spain, a recent law requires all new apartment buildings to have solar panels. A sign that though still not the norm, solar energy is finding its way into Europe’s homes.
