Qassam rockets threat to Annapolis peace talks

Every day, militants in the Gaza Strip launch a series of rocket attacks on the Israeli city of Sderot. More and more bunkers are being built to protect the residents. Today, Sderot is little more than a city of shelters. All the signs are that the attacks are increasing in frequency – as the Annapolis peace talks get underway in the US, are Palestinian extremists trying to derail the negotiations?
