Gaza is home to around a million and a half people, cut off from the outside world since Hamas took control more than two months ago. Economic and social conditions are deteriorating by the day and the threat of death hangs over many of the Strip’s inhabitants. euronews travelled to Gaza to get an insight in their hardship.
