Cedomir Jovanovic, 35, and his Liberal Party have won 14 seats in Serbia’s parliament following Sunday’s elections. Jovanovic is following in the footsteps of Zoran Djindjic. He claims to be the political heir of the former prime minister who was assassinated in 2003.
