The words of Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, the Hizbollah leader. He was speaking on Hizbollah television by phone shortly after surviving an Israeli attack on his home and stronghold in southern Beirut. He raised the morale of his supporters in the Lebanese capital who went onto the streets following his comments. The Israeli army has not said if the intention behind the attack on Nasrallah’s apartment building was to kill the leader.

It has carried out an intensive operation of precision attacks on infrastructure targets in Lebanon in its campaign to seal off the country and force the release of two Israeli soldiers held captive.
